When will I recive my order?
The orders are prepared at the moment in which the payment has been confirmed and in the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The delivery time of shipments to Europe and rest of the world will depend on each country and varies between 5 or 15 days. Always after payment confirmed and if the garments are in stock.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
The ILOVEBELOVE online store has the following means of payment: transfer and credit card through PayPal and bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer as a form of payment, you must indicate the web order number in the transfer concept.
